牛肉蒸蛋餅 Egg and Beef Pie
材料
牛絞肉 100公克
雞蛋 4顆
洋蔥 20公克
紅甜椒 20公克
青椒 20公克
Ingredients
100 grams ground beef
4 eggs
20 grams onion bulb
20 grams red bell pepper
20 grams green pepper
調味料
米酒 1茶匙
鹽 1/6茶匙
黑胡椒粉 1/6茶匙
Seasoning
1 teaspoon rice wine
1/6 teaspoon salt
1/6 teaspoon black pepper
作法
1 洋蔥、紅甜椒、洋蔥切丁,與牛絞肉放入碗中。
2 取一容器打入雞蛋,加入作法1的材料及所有調味料拌勻後,倒入口寬略深的圓盤中。
3 電鍋外鍋放入1/2杯水,放入作法2的成品,按下開關蒸約7至10分鐘後即可。
Preparation Instructions
1 Dice the onion and red bell pepper, place them with ground beef into a bowl.
2 Beat the eggs in bowl, add the ingredients from step 1 with all the seasoning. Mix well and pour it into a wide, deep plate.
3 Pour in 1/2 a cup of water into the outer pot of a rice cooker. Place the completed product from step 2 into it. Switch it to steam mode. The dish will be ready after 7 to 10 minutes.
